Privacy Policy

Aibou is a private AI companion service operated under the Polsia platform. Our contact address is aibou@polsia.app.

• Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
• Conversation content: the messages you send and receive in your coach sessions, saved to your account so you can return to them.
• Usage and session logs: technical data about how the service is used (page visits, feature interactions, error events) to help us maintain reliability.
• Payment tokens:Aibou uses Stripe (via Polsia’s Stripe Connect account) to process payments. We receive a payment token and subscription status from Stripe; we do not store raw card numbers or full card data.

• To provide and maintain the Aibou service.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, important service notices).
• To improve reliability and fix bugs, using aggregated and anonymised usage logs.
• We do not use your conversation data to train third-party AI models.

• Stripe(via Polsia’s Stripe Connect): processes subscription payments. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to data they collect.
• Cloud infrastructure providers: the platform runs on cloud services that host and store your data securely.
• We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Conversation data and account information are retained while your account is active. Account deletion is not currently a self-serve feature. To request deletion of your account and associated data, please email aibou@polsia.app and we will process your request.

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored with standard database-level protection at rest. We do not apply application-layer content encryption to conversation data beyond the database and transport protections described above.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, and to request its deletion. To exercise either right, email aibou@polsia.app. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

All paid subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until day 15. If you cancel before day 15, you will never be charged. Aibou Plus is $89.99/year on the annual plan or $29.99/month on the monthly plan, and there are no refunds for partial billing periods after the free trial has ended.

Aibou is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with their data, please contact us at aibou@polsia.app.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Aibou after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
